Ayurvedic Morning Joe Recipe

Morning cup of Ayurvedic-style joe...
On those mornings when you need a bit of caffeinated warm liquid with tasty adaptogenic herbs to get the day in motion.

Sharing my recipe with you all today:

  • 1 tsp ghee

  • 1 tsp Nectar Blend for immunity

  • 1 tsp honey (vata or kapha dominant folks) OR

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (pitta dominant folks)

  • 1 cup local brewed hot coffee

  • Frothed milk to top (I like local cow milk or fresh coconut milk to balance my vata & pitta)

*Mix/blend all ingredients except milk. Pour frothed milk on top.
